LAGUNA NIGUEL, Ca. (Feb. 5, 2018) – On Sunday, Feb. 5, 2017, at approximately 8:50 p.m. Stephen Schenkenberger was struck on his bicycle while crossing Niguel Road from Ridgeway in the City of Laguna Niguel.
