Photos: World Cup fans gather to watch USA vs. Iran match

Folks across Southern California poured into bars, restaurants, stadiums, and many varieties of watch parties on Tuesday as the U.S. men’s soccer team defeated Iran 1-0 in Qatar to advance to the World Cup round of 16. The Americans will next face the Netherlands at 7 a.m. Saturday in the knockout round.
